Tasting Notes:

Nose: Very rich and aromatic with notes of red apples, waxed wood and wine. Creamy, with an aroma of liquorice. Added to this are banana, toffee and vanilla custard, mixed with Sauternes.

Palate: Enveloping notes of dried fruits such as light raisin and apricot, with apple and plenty of vanilla. Persistent aromas of dark chocolate shavings and fragrant oak.
