The Clonakilty Galley Head Bourbon Cask is a blend of single pot still and grain whiskey, tailored to your taste. The pot still is distilled from grain from the family's own fields. Maturation took place in bourbon casks above the spectacular cliffs of Galley Head, where not only the grain grows and an impressive lighthouse stands, but also the distillery's warehouses are located. Bottled at 40% ABV, the new whiskey boasts notes of baked apple and juicy raisins, as well as spicy ginger and elderflower.
