Description
The Benromach Contrasts: Virgin Oak 2013/2024 is an extension of the range. For the premiere, barrels were specially made in Speyside and gently burned out before they were filled with Benromach whisky. The result is a fragrant single malt with aromas of dried bananas, lemon and caramel on the nose. Lush notes of Seville orange peel play on the palate in combination with butterscotch and gentle smoke. Long-lasting citrus notes shape the finale.
