Rubus Citrus Gin
Volume: 0.5 liters | Alcohol content: 42% | Non-chill-filtered | No coloring
Description
200 grams of raspberries per bottle, regional ingredients from the Kaiserstuhl region, and citrus fruits from Sicily: that's Rubus. The New Western Dry Gin is a highly aromatic distillate for neat enjoyment, sparkling gin and tonics, or cocktails. This isn't surprising, as its makers are always on the hunt for exciting flavors. The bartenders also rely on natural ingredients for Rubus and personally source the blood oranges from Sicilian farmers.
The lemons, bergamots, and blood oranges for Citris also come from producers in Sicily and Calabria. Rubus has recently joined New Western Gin. This particularly fresh bottling is based on juniper, in particular, various tree-ripened citrus fruits. You probably won't find more Cedro lemon and other, lesser-known citrus notes in a delicate blend this summer.
For both New Western Gins, the intense aromas are fully preserved for connoisseurs, as neither Rubus nor Citris is chill-filtered. Therefore, cloudiness may occur naturally during refrigeration. These summery spirits are distilled at Faude Feine Brände.
