Together with the independent bottler Anam na h-Alba from Oberhausen, we were there in 2013 when the first barrels of the Dingle Distillery were stored for the distillery's Founding Fathers. Together we selected a sherry cask, which the distillery filled with single malt new make for us. After more than 10 years, this whiskey is now seeing the light of day as Dingle Founding Fathers Anam na h-Alba & Friends. A full sherry cask maturation with a cask strength of 60.3% ABV.
