Cotswolds Wildflower Gin No. 3
Volume: 0.7 liters | Alcohol content: 41.7% | Not chill-filtered | No coloring
Description
Never before has the Cotswolds Distillery taken its homeland so literally: The Cotswolds Wildflower Gin No.3 is inspired by the expansive meadow landscape of one of the most beautiful regions in England. It's not just its unusual coloring that spontaneously transports gin fans to summer meadows. The taste also succeeds in achieving this feat. The English distillers distill a London Dry base, which they then refine with a harmonious blend of botanicals.
These include the essences of mint, yarrow and an alpine herb called spiked rue (Artemisia genepi), which is picked by hand. Together they create a tangy, complex potpourri with notes of woody juniper, candied lime and a hint of anise. With tonic water and a slice of lime, this eye-catcher makes you want summer.
