Conncullin Gin 0.7 l
Conncullin Irish Gin , Gin, 42.3% Vol.,
Conncullin Gin is a gin that is produced in small batches at the Connacht Distillery craft distillery. In this gin, the classic botanicals around juniper are joined by hawthorn and elderberries to create a complex flavor profile.
Conncullin has lovely berry notes on the nose, but juniper and citrus notes open up in the mouth. The gin is distilled in pot stills and bottled by hand. Conncullin is named after the two lakes in County Mayo: Lough Conn and Lough Cullin, which are the distillery's water source. These lakes are connected to the River Moy, which flows into the Atlantic in Ballina, the home of the Connacht Distillery.
The label design with its different shades of blue, swirls and waves reflects this connection with the landscape around the distillery.
