Clonakilty Single Batch NEOC Cask , Blended Whiskey, Vol.: 43,6%
The barrels for the Clonakilty Virgin Oak Finish Single Batch Blended Whiskey are stored on the rugged cliffs in the south of Ireland. The whiskey was blended from single malt and single grain whiskey matured in 7-10 year old bourbon casks. After blending, the whiskey was first placed in virgin oak casks and then in NEOC casks to give it an excellent finish. NEOC stands for New Era of Cask: Bordeaux was previously stored in these barrels. After the wine came out of the barrel, they were reworked and toasted again exactly according to the distillery's instructions. These two finishes give the whiskey even more complexity and a great taste.

The whiskey is blended and finished in small batches to ensure excellent quality at all times.
