Bumbu Rum The Original
Volume: 0.7 liters | Alcohol content: 40% | Not chill-filtered | No coloring
Description
Sailors and traders of the 16th and 17th centuries refined their rum with fruits and spices - and called it Bumbu. The brand of the same name is based on this Caribbean legend. Bumbu is produced in the West Indies Rum Distillery on Barbados, which was founded in 1893. It is based on sugar cane from local, sustainable farms in eight of the best sugar cane producing countries in the world: Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guyana and Honduras.
Bumbu Original is the flagship of the range. After a long maturation process of up to 15 years, it is mixed with purely natural Caribbean ingredients, a combination of fruits, herbs and spices. This creates lush aromas of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, roasted nuts and allspice.
