Fruity - Bimber can do that outside of the world of whisky too. The best example: Kumquat Gin. For the juniper distillate, the London microdistillery combined eight predominantly fruity botanicals. Supported by classic ingredients such as coriander and angelica, but also orange and lemon, kumquats play the main role in this gin composition. The naturally small citrus species originally comes from China. The bushes or small trees grow slowly and produce lusciously tasting fruits.

Bimber has expertly crafted the tart sweetness of the dwarf orange. Bimber Kumquat Gin is a particularly fresh, sparkling spirit with strong, bright aromas. It is wonderfully versatile and can be enjoyed in a gin & tonic, with ginger ale on ice, or in a martini.
