Ballechin 15 yo is a vatting of strongly smoky spirit that matured in first fill bourbon barrels and second fill oloroso sherry butts. Batch 1 was bottled exclusively for the German market in 3,126 bottles and, at 15 years old, is still one of the brand's oldest bottlings. Sweet smoke and dark fruit aromas can be found at 59.4% vol. Cask Strength and the absence of chill filtration in all its glory.
