Description
In the South Pacific, north of New Zealand and east of Australia, rum fans rarely search for their favorite spirit. Bottlings from Fiji continue to provide delicious surprises. The tropical island state offers the best conditions for growing sugar cane. The sweet grass has been cultivated here on the fertile volcanic soils since the second half of the 19th century and harvested by hand.
