Ron Larimar with Bourbon Cask Finish developed its creamy vanilla and milk chocolate notes in American oak barrels and bourbon barrels from Kentucky. Fruit, coconut and a hint of peat smoke characterize Ron Larimar Peated Single Malt Cask Finish.
On the one hand, Ron Larimar Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish with its aromas of dried fruit and caramel is finished in the sherry cask, and on the other hand, Ron Larimar, which was further matured in the sweeter Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask. The 5-year-old rum promises aromas such as sweet figs and chocolate-covered raisins.
Description
The Caribbean - for centuries a trading center and source of exotic delicacies. Like rum. During the long crossings back to the European mainland, it was discovered that the sugar cane distillate changes and develops in exciting ways even in the cooler continental climate. This realization is the source of inspiration for Ron Larimar. For the series named after the Dominican gemstone Larimar, soft, mild rum from the Dominican Republic embarks on a journey that takes it into various types of casks in Scotland.
