Matured for four years in selected ex-bourbon barrels, this excellent whiskey receives its noble finish in American oak. This final maturation gives it not only its golden color but also further complexity.

County Down, the county in which the distillery is located, has been of great importance for whiskey production since the Middle Ages as a melting pot between Irish and Scottish culture. This cultural connection inspired the founder to produce a special whiskey that combines the best of both whiskey traditions: the softness of Irish whiskey due to triple distillation and the boldness of Scottish whiskey.
