St. Patrick's Distillery Sloe & Honey Gin is a slightly sweeter, but still spicy gin. The notes of juniper and sloe are wonderfully combined here. Honey was added for a little sweetness. No sugar was added at all. Of course, the potato was once again the alcohol base for this gin.
