With a new single cask bottling from the Clonakilty Distillery, we now have a new Irish whiskey for you for those very special occasions. Because the new Clonakilty 21 year old single malt fully meets the expectations of a high-quality Irish whiskey. The sourced single cask has been stored in the Atlantic Warehouse of the Clonakilty Distillery on the coast of West Cork for the past few years. When it was bottled in October 2023, 360 bottles with 46% ABV were produced. The non-chill-filtered Irish single malt whiskey prominently bears the aroma of dried fruit and vanilla as well as tones of biscuit malt. This is accompanied by a subtle kick of freshness from citrus notes. An aromatic and round malt that is appropriate for its age and is also dangerously drinkable.
