Dingle Gin is the only hand-made gin in Ireland. It is made in the west of Ireland on the Dingle Peninsula. It is produced in small batches of 500 litres. They place the highest value on quality rather than quantity. Traditionally, the gin is made from juniper, coriander and nutmeg. These are soaked in alcohol overnight before being distilled in the copper pot stills. The rising vapors are passed directly over the spices and the alcohol absorbs their flavour.

The gin can be drunk with or without ice and it also goes well in tonic water.
