Highland Park is one of Scotland's finest single malts. Duncan Taylor initially aged the islander, celebrated for its meaty umami notes, in oak barrels for 14 years. The 2007/2022 Highland Park was transferred to an Oloroso Sherry Octave Cask for five months of intensive maturation. At a cask strength of 55.3% ABV, it unfolds honey, orange and tea aromas on the nose, hints of sherry on the palate and notes of milk chocolate and peppered steak.
