Palate: Full-bodied with heather honey, caramelized apples, black fruits and hints of cherry as well as sour-sweet red velvet cake and cinnamon.
The Ruby Port Pipe 2011/2022 symbolizes the complex, fruity variety of The GlenAllachie. The Speyside single malt Scotch whisky rested in the barrel of the same name for over 11 years. Ruby-type port wine is stored in wooden barrels for a comparatively short time. This means that it retains its fruity, sweet profile with notes of berries and cherries, which have also left delicious traces in The GlenAllachie's single cask. A maximum of 874 connoisseurs can look forward to the full-bodied exclusive bottling.
