With three new products Waterford takes curious connoisseurs for the first time to Broomlands and Ballyroe , two contrasting Terroirs near the south-east coast of Ireland . In the idyllic Broomlands near Enniscorthy stands the imposing 18th century Brown farmhouse, home of Mark Brown ( find out more here ). He continues the family legacy and builds on extremely productive terroir the Barley for Broomlands: Edition 1.1 and Broomlands: Edition 1.2 . Matured in Bourbon and Virgin Oak as well as in premium casks that are first-class (sweet) wines were pre-allocated, the single malts offer complex notes from malt biscuits to sparkling spice or from toffee to lemon sorbet.
For Ballyroe: Edition 1.1 was founded by Simon Neville. He has been farming for about forty years. His land is located five miles north of Wexford town – a drier area sophisticated terroir that lush fruity and floral notes in single malt.
