Edradour, often dubbed "Scotland's Jewel," has earned legendary status among whisky connoisseurs by preserving the art of traditional whisky making. Until 2018, the coveted single malt was distilled exclusively in historic farm buildings, using equipment that dates back over 100 years - a rare phenomenon in modern whisky production. Even after the expansion through the Edradour II project, the distillery remains true to its traditional roots.
The Edradour 25 yo and Edradour 30 yo bottlings are true treasures in the distillery's collection and are among the oldest and most sought-after products. They matured in first fill sherry butts and were then presented in elegant Ibisco decanters. The 25-year-old Highlander impresses as a small batch, while the 30-year-old proves its uniqueness as a strong single cask.
