Description

As GrapeDiggaz, the independent bottler Wu DRAM Clan and Kirsch Import are dedicated entirely to the raw material grape. On site and in close contact with the producers, they unearth the treasures of the wine (brandy) regions of the world - for whisky fans, rum connoisseurs or cocktail connoisseurs.

The dowsing rods are geared towards 100% transparency and bottlings without additives, as well as an attractive offer for you as a retailer. In addition to distillates of the highest quality, adequate quantities and an excellent price-performance ratio are also driving forces in the treasure hunt.

Initially known for single casks, the GrapeDiggaz have now laid the complete foundation of their core range with two Cognacs, an Armagnac and a red and a white vermouth.

Vermouth is one of the first luxury drinks in the world. The foundations for this successful spirit were laid in the late 18th century. Today, white or red wine flavored with wormwood (which is a must) and other botanicals and fortified with high-proof alcohol is an indispensable part of drink recipes.

As hunters of grape treasures, the GrapeDiggaz have recently and consistently expanded their core range to include two vermouth standards for the (home) bar – true to the motto: one product, one producer, one region, “No Bullshit”.
The wines and spirits for the GrapeDiggaz Vermouth Red and the GrapeDiggaz Vermouth White come from a family-run business that produces wines, liqueurs and brandies in the Kinzig Valley/Black Forest. The red vermouth is based on Pinot Noir, the white vermouth is based on Riesling.

Grapes, wormwood and most of the other ingredients grow locally. Only more exotic botanicals and spices such as cardamom and cinnamon bark for the red vermouth or orange peel and cloves for the white vermouth cannot be sourced from the Black Forest region by the GrapeDiggaz.

Not even on the ingredients list: additional sugar.

Both vermouths come in the bottle at 17 percent alcohol by volume and are only chill-filtered to avoid clouding the drinks.
