EMILL Feinwerk is a single malt whisky finished in a port wine cask. It is a genuine Black Forest original, distilled and stored in the historic Scheibel mill in Kappelrodeck in the Achertal.
EMILL is a real character who always shows new sides of himself in the glass. If you don't rush him, he will always reward and surprise you with new aromas.
Sensory: The Scheibel Single Malt Whisky FINE WORK has a beautiful color reminiscent of mahogany with a slight hint of copper. Fruity and sweet notes of dark fruits such as plum, with hints of currant and blueberry. Earthy nuances are added, accompanied by a sweetness of vanilla and cocoa and delicate wood notes. The taste of the single malt is gentle and soft, also oily with notes of cocoa to milk chocolate, candied citrus fruits and a light power on the tongue that develops pleasantly. Clear notes of dark chocolate in the aftertaste. A balanced whisky that knows how to convince with fruit nuances.
