Woven Hemispheres is an oily World Blend that takes a fresh look at smoky whisky. Hemispheres combines two worlds that couldn't be more different: single malt from the small New Zealand craft distillery Thomson meets single grain from one of the largest Scottish distilleries. Mathew and Rachael Thomson give their whisky the smoky aroma of local Manuka wood. Its herbaceous, smoky properties combine elegantly with the pastry notes of North British in the World Blend, creating an exciting nuttiness.

Five alumni of the drinks industry turned their backs on strict corsets and mass production to give whisky a new experience under the name Woven. From the hip district of Leith, Edinburgh's former "whisky district", the team works to expand the boundaries of the blend category.
