Distilled from organic sugar cane of the old Cristalline variety, the Vieux Sajous 5 yo - Caroni Casks is a powerful combination of Clairin freshness and Caroni exoticism.

With the Papalin Haiti 4 yo, Velier presents a rum blended personally by Luca Gargano . Like all releases in the series, the original Vatted Pot Still Rum was created hand in hand with local producers from the raw material to bottling. It marries Clairins with sugar cane syrup from Caroni and Cognac Casks, among others, and evokes complex memories of sweet wine, fruit brandy and Scottish single malt.
The Providence 2019 also has innovative flavors from Haiti in its luggage. After distillation from Cristalline sugar cane juice and sugar cane syrup in a copper Müller still with a bain-marie water bath, the Haitian Pure Single Rum matured in rare barrels from Caroni .
