Lady of Arms – Archery Edition 1 combines an Irish single pot still whiskey with a peated whiskey. This blend was then placed in a Banyuls barrel for 13 months. Banyuls is a subtly sweet, red dessert wine from France.
The combination of the pot still with the peated whiskey and the sweetness of the dessert wine is a real experience. The result is Lady of Arms - Archery Edition 1, a four-year-old blended pot still whiskey with 57.9 percent alcohol by volume. 310 bottles of this, not colored or chill-filtered, will go on sale. The bottles will be available first from the Irish-Whiskeys.de online shop.
