It didn't take long for the FRC brand (previously Flensburg Rum Company) to establish itself among discerning rum lovers . It was only in 2019 that the North German sugar cane experts showed that we are a safe haven for premium rum and the right place for connoisseurs. The recipe for success? Hand-picked single cask rums , some matured for decades in a tropical climate, some fully or for a short period of time in continental climates.

A new single cask takes us to Guyana's famous Demerara region . Where today only Demerara Distillers Ltd. produces rum, numerous distilleries once processed sugar cane. One of them: the Enmore Distillery .
Bottlings from the “ghost distillery” are rare and valuable – like the FRC Guyana REV 1994/2023 . Shortly before the distillery closed, the rum jewel was distilled in an equally unique still : the wooden pot still of the former Versailles Distillery , which Enmore had taken over.
This rarity matured in a continental climate for 29 years . At a still 50.8% ABV cask strength , intense, dark notes of plum, raisin and chocolate unfold, balanced by spicy tobacco, oak and leather.
