To achieve this, Benromach uses Highland Peat, as well as Distillers' and Brewers' Yeast, very long fermentation times and exclusively first fill casks that are stored in traditional Dunnage warehouses. The Contrasts series lives up to its name and experiments with single malts that are outside the usual Benromach range.
