This is the second bottling in the Wonder of Wood series. In this series, the Teeling Distillery deals with different wood maturations. The barrels are always used to mature their pot still whiskey, which is made from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley. This bottling was bottled at 50%. The second edition matured in new Portuguese oak barrels, which give the whiskey aromatic jam notes and toasted wood.
