Description
Samuel Gelston was a successful man. In 1830, the wine and whisky merchant from Belfast laid the foundation for the brand "Gelston's Old Irish Whiskey". When he died in 1869, a young whisky enthusiast entered the scene: Harry J. Neill. Having just returned to his hometown from Australia as a wealthy gold digger, he acquired the company and successfully expanded it internationally.Around 150 years and five generations later, Johnny Neill is reviving his great-great-grandfather's legacy.
