Clan Colla 7 Years Panamaian Rum Cask Finish is a single grain whiskey that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and then further matured in rum casks from Panama. With 46% alcohol by volume, the whiskey is a Christmas celebration in whiskey form. It has fine notes of vanilla, spicy baking mixes, dried fruit and cinnamon.
The Ahascragh Distillery is one of the new distilleries on the Emerald Isle. The couple Gareth and Michelle McAllister converted a disused 19th century grain mill in the east of Galway into a climate-neutral distillery that runs on 100% renewable energy sources.
