Silkie Blended Whiskey is a whiskey from Sliabh Liag Distillers. A new distillery is being built on the coast of Donegal. It is a blended whiskey made from single malt and single grain whiskey. The whiskey gets its name from the mermaids who, according to legend, live off the coast of Donegal. The whiskey is pleasantly mild and still has a great character.
