Slane Castle Whiskey is a blended whiskey that has matured in three different barrels: bourbon, virgin oak and sherry barrels. This is the first release under the name Slane Castle. Behind it is the Slane Castle Distillery, but this whiskey does not come from there. The Slane Castle Distillery is built right next to the Slane Castle mansion, on a beautiful estate.

This blended whiskey is a nice mild whiskey in which the three different types of casks are beautifully integrated.
