Croithlí Quercus Alba Single Malt Irish Whiskey is one of three malt whiskeys from different oak barrels from the Crolly Distillery in County Donegal. It was first stored in ex-bourbon barrels and then in virgin American oak casks. American white oak is primarily used in bourbon barrels. Here, however, the Crolly Distillery uses new barrels to give its single malt its finish.
