Taste: Candied peaches and sugary apricot jam spread out in an intense and balanced way. The Nc'Nean whisky, whose name comes from the nearby New Farm (Nc'Nean), is characterized by its powerful yet balanced flavor development. Honey-sweet herbal tea and dry oak spice round off the enjoyment, with the high-quality ingredients and the careful distillation in the in-house distillery in the Scottish Highlands playing a decisive role.
Aftertaste: Ripe fruits and herbs linger for a long time. This exceptional aftertaste reflects Nc'Nean's dedication to quality and craftsmanship. The distillery was founded in 2017 in Drimnin, on the wild and picturesque west coast of Scotland. The unique location, surrounded by untouched nature, contributes to the uniqueness and authenticity of Nc'Nean whisky. A total of 232 bottles!

Now Nc'nean is setting a new milestone: The pioneers have bottled the organic whisky from the Core Range at cask strength for the first time - exclusively for the strong fan base in Germany. 4,998 bottles of Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Cask Strength are available.
It matured in a cask combination identical to the standard, but is bottled undiluted from the 55% STR Red Wine, 43% Bourbon and 2% Oloroso Sherry Casks. This means that typical notes such as sweet lemon cream, bright ripe fruits such as peach and apricot, and rye bread with herbal spices develop in a pronounced form at 59.6% vol. Cask Strength.
