Der welcher nicht genannt werden darf !....Highlight von der Insel Orkney

All year long I have been looking forward to the mr.whisky bottling "Light of the North".

As a connoisseur of the whisky scene, you of course know exactly which distillery this is. It is forbidden to name unofficial bottlings from this distillery. For this reason, which is of course obvious, these special bottlings are called "Orkney". The label shows the window of St. Magnus (The Holy Viking) Cathedral in Kirkwall. If you are still confused, Google will help :-)

This "Orkney", which is of course completely natural and bottled at 64.2% cask strength, is simply fantastic...read the description by Michael (mr.whisky). I was particularly amused by the term "bully", but it sums it up :-)...in short, a few drops of water and you're on cloud nine.

Click here to go directly to the "Orkney" p.s. of the total 307 bottles, only a fraction made it to me, so I recommend you don't think about it for too long.

Mathias (who reserved a bottle for himself)

Tip number 2...I have another special "Orkney" from Zanzibar here
