Tipperary Homegrown Barley #2

This second batch of homegrown barley whiskey was limited to just 2,000 bottles. Aged entirely in First Fill Ex-Rioja Casks, this homegrown barley whiskey was distilled from barley grown on our land, matured in a traditional farm shed right beside Tipperary's farmhouse and bottled at 50 % abv.

Aroma

Lots of soft fruits, almost a Victoria sponge sensation with strawberry and raspberry notes and hints of dried grass.

Geschmack

Deep and round, with raspberry notes with hints of toasted marshmallow.

Finish

Medium finish, surprisingly robust for its age.
